Administrator Training
Do I need to have my AltiGen System installed prior to the class?

No. Many students attend the AltiTraining class prior to their system installation to gain a better understanding of the AltiGen features and functionality so that they will be more knowledgeable in preparing for and completing their actual system installation. We highly recommend that all new customers attend the AltiTraining class in advance of their AltiGen installation being scheduled.

Do I need to be running the latest version of AltiGen software?

Although AltiTraining only teaches the latest software available, some students may wish to attend the class prior to upgrading. By completing the AltiTraining course, students can utilize the latest AltiGen software packages in a learning environment.

Who should attend the AltiTraining course?

Anyone who is responsible for the day-to-day administration of an AltiGen IP-PBX phone system or anyone who would like to learn more about the complete features, options and capabilities. The class is taught from an “application” standpoint rather than an “engineering” perspective, and all we ask as a prerequisite is that the student has a very basic understanding of computers, networking and telephone systems.

Why should I attend the course?

Like other business technology, the AltiGen IP-PBX telephone system is an investment in your company’s future. Your phone system is one of the most vital tools your company uses to communicate with customers. This training course will insure that you are up-to-date on all of the current AltiGen system features and will give you the tools and the knowledge to fully utilize your system. Experienced telecommunications professionals teach our classes and they bring a wealth of real-life experience to every course. Our classes consistently are rated as one of the most valuable and relevant that our students have ever attended!

AltiTraining, LLC has a state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado, just north of Denver. A complete AltiGen training system is shared by a maximum of 2 students, and class sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants to provide for personal interaction.

Can you travel to our site for the training?

Not currently, although this is something we will be considering in the future. We estimate that the cost will range from about $5,000 to $10,000 plus the cost of travel, so the group size will need to justify this.

All you will need to bring is your willingness to learn. AltiTraining provides everything else.

Tuition is $2,799 for the complete 4-day package. Tuition for the 3-day course is $2,199. This includes all training materials, snacks/refreshments, and a box lunch each day. Travel costs and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the student.

An additional person from the same company may attend for a special package price. In order to be eligible for the discount, both students must attend the same training dates. Please contact us for special discounts and custom training programs for more than 6 people from the same company.
