Our Administrator Training Class

The intensive course was developed under the guidance of the AltiGen corporate office with the help of dealers, installers, and customers. Each graduating student receives an “ACE” Certification (AltiGen Certified Engineer) since the AltiTraining class format is similar to what AltiGen corporate provides to its own engineers.

AltiTraining offers a 3-day course covering AltiWare OE (Open Edition), VoIP and DINA Manager, plus an additional 4th day covering AltiServ Contact Center (ACC) and the extensive changes to AltiContact Manager (ACM).

Each student is partnered with another student, and both share an actual AltiGen phone system complete with virtual, physical, and VoIP extensions. To maintain an effective learning environment, the classes are no larger than 10 students, and each student receives hands-on instruction and implementation assistance from an experienced instructor.

Class Options and Registration

Live Remote Training

The nationally recognized AltiTraining Certified Administrator Course is now available remotely. We can accommodate up to four remote students during our monthly, Colorado-based class. Remote students become familiar with the equipment and software they will be operating, while interacting with our live instructor throughout the course.

Class times and information

The class starts promptly at 8:30 a.m., and usually finishes around 5:00 p.m. each day. On the last day of the class, we try to finish by 3:00 p.m. to accommodate evening travel arrangements for our students attending the class at our Colorado training center.
