AltiTraining was founded on the principle that well-trained customers are more satisfied customers. In 2004 the program was revamped to improve the content and provide a wider range of class offerings. Working closely with AltiGen Communications, AltiTraining has developed a series of administrator and end-user training courses that help a student gain a deeper understanding of the feature-rich capabilities of the AltiGen system. This, in turn, allows the users and administrators to better implement and integrate those capabilities into their company processes helping them to lower labor costs and improve efficiencies.

All of AltiTraining’s various courses are offered as live remote through our web connection, on-site at our training center in Colorado or on-site at a customer’s location (minimum class size, travel and per diem charges apply for on-location training).

AltiTraining can also build custom training packages to meet your organization's specific needs. We can build a package based on your specific AltiGen System and business model to insure that your employees get the very most out of your AltiGen investment. These packages can include a combination of end-user and admin training and can be delivered remotely through the web, here at our training center, or on-site at your location. Please call for details.

Our user training courses are designed to help students walk through the many features available to an end user with the AltiGen analog and VoIP phones, voicemail, and the various client based software programs that integrate with the AltiGen phone server.

In addition, comprehensive administrator training courses teach everything from the basic skills of extension configuration to troubleshooting and multi-site implementation of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). All students who complete an AltiTraining Administrator Training Program, either on-site or live-remote, will receive their ACE (AltiGen Certified Engineer) certification.
