The intensive course was developed under the guidance of the AltiGen corporate office with the help of dealers, installers, and customers. Each graduating student receives an “ACE” Certification (AltiGen Certified Engineer) since the AltiTraining class format is similar to what AltiGen corporate provides to its own engineers.
AltiTraining offers Live Remote User Training for individual customers, businesses, and dealers, delivering an affordable alternative to our on-site training services. Thanks to internet technology, we can provide live remote training session right on your own computer, eliminating your need to travel or pay for on-site instruction.
AltiTraining was founded on the principle that well-trained customers are more satisfied customers. In 2004 the program was revamped to improve the content and provide a wider range of class offerings.
